Delivery Policy

You may cancel your order within 5 minutes of placement for a full refund. After this window, orders cannot be cancelled as food preparation begins immediately.
Refund Policy
Refunds are provided at our discretion in cases of:
- Incorrect or missing items (must be reported within 30 minutes of delivery)
- Food quality issues (with photographic evidence)
- Significant delivery delays (over 60 minutes past estimated time)
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Naija Bites UK shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of our services.
Our total liability for any claim arising from your use of our services is limited to the amount you paid for the specific order in question.
