At Mishiraya's Kitchen, we want you to be satisfied with every order. Because we sell freshly prepared food, returns are generally not possible. However, we do offer refunds or replacements in specific situations outlined below.

Refund Eligibility

You may be eligible for a refund or replacement if:

  • Your order is missing items or contains incorrect items
  • Your food arrives damaged/spilled due to delivery handling
  • Your food is unsafe to eat (e.g., contamination concerns)
  • Your order was cancelled by Mishiraya's Kitchen after payment

Not eligible (typical examples):

  • Change of mind after the order has been prepared
  • Incorrect delivery details provided by the customer
  • Food quality complaints without supporting details or evidence
  • Items not returned (fresh food items generally cannot be returned)

Reporting Timeframe

To help us resolve issues quickly, please report any problem with your order within 24 hours of delivery/collection. For urgent issues (missing/incorrect items), we recommend contacting us as soon as possible.

Returns

Due to hygiene and food safety regulations, we generally do not accept returns of prepared food. If there is an issue, we may offer a refund or replacement where appropriate.

Refund Method & Processing Time

Approved refunds are processed back to the original payment method. Processing time depends on your bank/card provider, but typically takes 5–10 business days.

In some cases, we may offer a replacement or store credit instead of a refund (for example, for minor issues), but we will always confirm with you before proceeding.
